第12話

ベムの公開処刑が迫っていた。ベガは囚われのベムに接触し、何故人間になりたいか、を問う。
ベムの答えを一笑に付したベガは、まだ自分が成し遂げていないことが2つある、と語る。
ベラはハラジーを奪還すべく、ベガの屋敷に乗り込む。ベロは人質にされた仲間を救うべく、ダリルの元へ向かう。
そして運命の夜が明けた。

BEM is about to be executed publicly. BEGA gets a chance to approach BEM in captivity and asks him why he wants to becme a human.
BEGA dismisses his answer with a laugh and says that there are 2 things she has not achieved.
BELA storms BEGA’s compound to retrieve Haraji. BELO comes to Daryl to save his friends in hostage.
Then the dawn breaks, when their destiny is decided.

世間の大きな注目を集める中、ギャヴィン殺害事件についての、ベムの裁判がはじまった。
フェルトはベラ、ベロの存在も公表し、裁判所に衝撃が走る。口を閉ざすベムに人々の好奇の視線が突き刺さる。
そんな中ベラはハイスクールの友人たちに呼び出される。
また、ベロは自分をつけ狙う影男と激しく交戦していた。

The murder case of Gavin gains huge public attention, and now BEM comes to trial.
Felt reveals the exhistence of BELA and BELO. The fact shocks all attendants and stony stares were thrown on BEM.
Meanwhile, BELA gets a call from her highschool friends.
A shadow man is seeking BELO’s life and BELO gets into a fighting against him.

警察は、ギャヴィン殺害の犯人をベムと公表し、妖怪人間の存在を世間に明らかにした。
ソニアは、独断によりベムと行動を共にし、ベムの身の潔白を明らかにしようと秘策を練る。しかし、2人を追うフェルトの包囲網が迫る。
そんな中ダリルは、見えざる議会を操る謎の女性の元へたどり着いていた。

The police announces that the criminal of the murder of Gavin is BEM, and reveals the existence of YOUKAI-NINGEN.
Sonia decides herself to stay with BEM and tries to find a way to prove BEM’s innocence.
However, Felt’s police line leaves nowhere to escape for them.
Meanwhile, Daryl reaches a mysterious lady who rules the Invisible Assembly.

妖怪人間。
ベムたちよりも遥か昔に誕生し、「見えざる議会」のトップとして、リブラシティの実権を握っている。

She controls Libra as a head of “a concealed assembly.

カウンターバーでベムと共にグラスを傾ける男。彼はギャヴィン。若き慈善家であり、
妖怪人間を治療しようと精力的に活動したが、見えざる議会の手によって、地位も、名誉も、何もかもを失った。
そんなギャヴィンに、ベムは心を開き、自分の正体を明かす。
一方ベロは、Dr.リサイクルの手によってより強力な力を持った、影男の襲撃を受けていた。

BEM enjoys a glass at a bar with a man called Gavin. He is a young philanthropist who passionately tried to cure YOUKAI-NINGEN,
however, he lost his position, fame, and everything by conspiracy of Invisible Assembly.
BEM opens his mind to Gavin and tells his true identity.
Meanwhile, BELO is attacked by a shadow man who gains stronger power by Dr. Recycle.

■ギャヴィン（CV：細谷佳正）
医療機器メーカーの代表で、難民や戦災孤児の救済活動に燃える慈善家。
妖怪人間をある種の病だと考え、現地調査のためアウトサイドを訪れる。

Gavin
A representative of a medical equipment manufacturer. A passionate philanthropist who hopes to save refugees and war orphans.
He thinks that YOUKAI-NINGEN as a certain type of disease and visits Outside for fieldwork.

ベラの通うハイスクールに、世界的オペラ歌手ジュリアを母に持つ、アルバートが転校してきた。
スポーツ万能で爽やかなアルバートはすっかり人気者になる。そんな中アルバートは偶然ベラの歌声を耳にして、
母ジュリアに紹介するためホームパーティーに招待する。ベラの容姿と歌声を絶賛するジュリアは、ベラをオーディションへと誘う。
一方ソニアは、若い女性が喉をえぐられて殺される連続殺人事件を追っていた。

Albert, whose mother is a world-known opera singer Julia, transfers to BELA’s high school.
As he is a cool guy and good at sports, he immediately becomes popular in the school. Then amazed at BELA’s singing voice, he
invites her to a home party to introduce her to his mother Julia. Julia praises BELA’s beauty and singing voice, and suggests BELA to attend an audition. Meanwhile, Sonia is investigating the serial murder case where a young female gets their neck slit and killed.

■ジュリア（CV：大原さやか）
世界的オペラ歌手。ベラが通うハイスクールに転校してきた、アルバートの母でもある。
その美しい歌声を保つため、Dr.リサイクルに改造を依頼している。

Julia
A world-renowned opera singer. She is also a mother of Albert, who transferred to Bela’s high school.
She relies on Dr. Recycle’s transformation surgery to maintain her beautiful voice.

ダリルとの一件以来、あまりゲームセンターに寄りつかないベロを心配する仲間たちは、ベロがこっそり面倒を見ていた野良犬を一緒に世話することで、再び仲良くなろうとする。
そんな中、仲間の1人が行方不明となる。街中を探すベロ。一方、ダリルは街中の監視カメラをハッキングして、ベロの所在を追っていた。

BELO’s friends are worrying about him since he keeps distance from game center after the incident of Daryl. They attempt to take care of a stray dog with BELO to make friends with him again.
One day, one of his frineds goes missing. BELO looks for him all around the town.Meanwhile, Daryl hacks all the surveillance cameras of the town and traces BELO.

■犬笛の男（CV：二又一成）
アッパーサイドで流行している、ハイブリットペットを違法販売する闇ブリーダー。

Dog Whistle Piper
An illegal breeder who sells “hybrid pet” which is prevailing in Upper Town.

謎の死体が発見され警察では犯人は逃亡中の宇宙飛行士ヴァルだ、と断定されるが、
ソニアは事件現場で目撃証言のあったイリュージョンショーの花形、重力男を追う。
その頃ベラはロディに誘われたイリュージョンショーで、重力男と、その相棒の少女ハラジーの人間離れしたパフォーマンスに興味を持つ。
終演後にベラとハラジーは心を通わせるが・・・。

A suspicious corpse is found. The police concludes that the criminal is a fugitive astronaut Val,
however, Sonia investigates a gravity man, a star of the illusion circus who was witnessed in the incident.
BELA is invited to the illusion show by Roddy and gets attracted to the superhuman performance by the gravity man
and his partner, a girl called Haraji. After the show, BELA and Haraji become friends, but……

■ヴァル（CV：東地宏樹）
イリュージョンショーの花形「重力男」として、アウトサイドにやってきた。
口数は少なく、常にマスクをつけている。

He came to Outside as “Gravity man,” a star performer of the illusion circus.
He doesn’t talk a lot and always wears a mask.

■ハラジー（CV：小原好美）
ヴァルの相棒としてイリュージョンショーに出演する少女。
アッパーズスイーツのアルティメット・ボンボンが好物

A girl who performs with Val on the stage of Illusion circus.
Her favorite is Ultimate Bonbon of Uppers Sweets.

ベムたちを認識した警察は、異能力者を持つ怪人たちを総称して「妖怪人間」と呼ぶことになり、
ベム、ベラ、ベロはそれぞれアルファ、ベータ、ガンマと区別されることになった。
そしてソニアが所属するアウトサイド18分署に、ベムたちの捕獲作戦指揮官として、フェルトが着任する。
そんな中、街では、Dr.リサイクルにより何もかもを吸い込む能力を手に入れた男が暴れまわっていた。

The police finally recognizes BEM and starts calling those with extraordinary skills as YOUKAI-NINGEN.
BEM, BELA, and BELO were each named as Alpha, Beta, and Gamma.
A man called Felt starts working with Sonia at 18th branch of Outside as a commander for the mission to capture BEM.
Meanwhile, a man who is given a power to vacuum everything by Dr. Recycle is running amok in the town.

■吸込男（CV：上田耀司）
Dr.リサイクルの改造手術により、何もかもを吸引する能力を持つヴィラン。元々は内気で、極度のきれい好きの清掃員。

Sweeper
A villain with a power to sweep everything. Originally a shy cleaner, who had a cleanliness fetish.

第4話

連続感電死事件を追うソニア。事件現場には必ず“モンスター”に対する挑発的なメッセージが残されていた。
これは「Dr.リサイクル」によって電撃を操る能力を身につけた犯人による、ベムへのメッセージだった。
一方、ソニアは警察内でベムたちの存在を主張するも全く相手にされず、存在を証明するため、証拠を提示することを求められてしまう。

Sonia is pursuing the serial electrocution cases. In every crime scene, there is always a defiant message for “Monster.”
It is a message to BEM from a criminal who is given a power to control electricity by Dr. Recycle.
Meanwhile, Sonia insists on the existence of BEM to her fellow police officers but nobody believes her.
Her colleagues ask her to show the evidence of his existence.

■感電男（CV：岩田光央）
Dr.リサイクルの改造手術により、電撃を操る能力を持つヴィラン。
ターゲットは基本美女のみ。元々キザでナルシストなバンドマン。

Lightning man
A Villain who gained a power to control electricity by Dr. Recycle.
He is only targeting beautiful ladies.
Originally a snobbish and narcissistic band member.

■粉男（CV：飛田展男）
Dr.リサイクルの改造手術により、身体を粉状にする能力を持つヴィラン。
つぎはぎの袋をかぶることで、かろうじて人間の形を保っている。元々おっとりした性格のパン職人。

Powder man
A villain with a power to make his body powdery after Dr. Recycle’s operation.
Barely maintains human form by putting on a patched bag. Originally a mild mannered baker.

第３話

アウトサイドのゲームセンターで無敗のベロに、アッパーから挑戦者がやってきた。
その男の名はダリル。ベロを気に入ったダリルは、アッパーサイドにある自宅へ招待する。
ダリルの父親は、リブラシティ改革を推進する政治家の秘書だった。
そこへ、政治家殺しを繰り返す“影男”の凶刃が迫る。

BELO, an unbeaten gamer in Outside’s arcade gets a challenger.
That man’s name is Daryl. Daryl soon gets to like BELO and takes him to his home.
Daryl’s father is a secretary of a politician who pursues reform of Libra City.
Then a shadow man comes, who keeps on killing politicians.

■影男（CV：伊丸岡篤）
影に潜み、闇に生きるヴィラン。暗殺や隠密行動を得意とする。傍らにはいつもハムスターがいる。

Shadow man
A villain hidden in the dark shadow. Good at assassination and furtive operation. He is always together with his per hamster.

■ブライソン（CV：堀内賢雄）
ダリルの父でカーヴァー議員の秘書兼ボディーガード。
A father of Daryl. A secretary-bodyguard of Rep. Carvar.

■カーヴァー（CV：平川大輔）
リブラシティの議員でソニアの友人。
A policeman of Libra. Also a friend of Sonia.
