第4話 LIGHTNING
連続感電死事件を追うソニア。事件現場には必ず“モンスター”に対する挑発的なメッセージが残されていた。
これは「Dr.リサイクル」によって電撃を操る能力を身につけた犯人による、ベムへのメッセージだった。
一方、ソニアは警察内でベムたちの存在を主張するも全く相手にされず、存在を証明するため、証拠を提示することを求められてしまう。
Sonia is pursuing the serial electrocution cases. In every crime scene, there is always a defiant message for “Monster.”
It is a message to BEM from a criminal who is given a power to control electricity by Dr. Recycle.
Meanwhile, Sonia insists on the existence of BEM to her fellow police officers but nobody believes her.
Her colleagues ask her to show the evidence of his existence.

ターゲットは基本美女のみ。元々キザでナルシストなバンドマン。

Originally a snobbish and narcissistic band member.

Dr.リサイクルの改造手術により、身体を粉状にする能力を持つヴィラン。
つぎはぎの袋をかぶることで、かろうじて人間の形を保っている。元々おっとりした性格のパン職人。
Powder man
A villain with a power to make his body powdery after Dr. Recycle’s operation.
Barely maintains human form by putting on a patched bag. Originally a mild mannered baker.
